Blue Spruce Habitat offers its program to families in specific income ranges, adjusted for the number of persons in your family. Income includes wages, social security, SSDI, SSI, TANF, and child support. For our local Habitat, your total yearly gross household income must fall within the posted ranges below:

Household 2 - $25,984 - $59,400
Household 3 - $29,232 - $66,850
Household 4 - $32,480 - $74,250
Household 5 - $35,078 - $80,200

Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP)
In partnership with local agencies and the U.S. Department of Energy, the Colorado Energy Office (CEO) offers a free Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP) to Colorado’s low-income residents. WAP works to maximize energy cost savings for each client by providing them with cost effective energy efficiency services.
Cost-effective services include: LED light bulb retrofits, air sealing, insulation in attic/floors/walls, furnace safety testing, furnace repair or replacement, refrigerator replacement, storm windows/doors, energy conservation information, and solar photovoltaics.
If you currently receive financial assistance from any of the following programs, you automatically quality for weatherization services: TANF, AND, OAP, SSI, SSDI, LEAP, and SNAP.
